Our Environment
We always pursue the absolute goal of causing minimal harm to our environment. We have implemented effective environmental management systems, encourage and promote the adoption of environment sensitive practices and engage our people and partners in driving continuous performance improvement. We work closely with NEMA (National Environment Management Authority) agents in preparing environmental impact assessment for every project and suggest mitigation measures.
Corporate Social Responsibility
We support the local and regional communities wherever we work. We engage them in consultation on matters of importance to them connected with our work and seek to contribute to their economic and social well being, within the framework of local laws and in context with the company’s roles and responsibilities. We have a firm policy of engaging local youth personnel in all areas. We have a firm believe that the local youth should benefit from our operations. The company has involved itself in education more specifically in order to enhance the output and quality of graduates in the country. This has taken a three-thronged approach which involves: mentorship, training and internship opportunities.
